Legion Group plc have announced the appointment of Helen Kent as Head of Business  Development, Parking.

Helen has over 13 years experience of the parking industry and has worked for several London local authorities.  She will be spearheading Legion’s drive to increase its DPE contracts as well as developing the company’s car park management operations in both the public and private sectors.

One of the first London Parking Managers to introduce a cashless mobile parking contract on and off street, Helen has a particular interest in utilising new  technology to improve the customer experience.  She also believes that ensuring internal quality improves service delivery.  To this end she developed and registered a quality procedures manual under ISO 9000 and increased the collection rate by 25% over a 4½  year period.
