Civil Parking Enforcement

As Britain’s longest-established and most experienced parking company, we have unrivalled experience of all aspects of parking control and management. On the introduction of the 1991 Road Traffic Act we actively embraced the legislation and have worked in close partnership with local authorities to ensure the successful transition to Decriminalised Parking Enforcement. We are also actively involved in the preparation of guidelines and policies in readiness for the introduction of the relations governing the Traffic Management Act 2004.

We operate DPE contracts on behalf of local authorities and our case studies show there is real cost benefit for councils who choose to contract out this service in preference to an in-house operation.

With a team of highly skilled and experienced parking professionals, Legion has all the necessary expertise to advise and guide customers on every aspect of decriminalised parking. We utilise the most advanced parking technology available today, including CCTV monitoring for bus lane enforcement, to assist local authorities in managing and reducing congestion in our towns and cities.

Every Legion Parking Attendant is fully trained by an accredited NVQ trainer before commencing operational duties to ensure a totally professional service. Once deployed, our PAs are subject to an ongoing programme to ensure professional standards are maintained, reflecting our commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service.

With a solid management structure to ensure contracts are closely monitored and managed at local level, we aim not only to meet but to exceed our customers’ expectations.
